折帶過濾機的工作原理

GD 型過濾機系濾布行走式的固液分離設備。工作過程中，槽內的物料在真空抽吸作用下，液體透過介質 ( 濾布 )，經過吸液管進入分配閥，再從分配閥的出液管進入自動排放濾液缸 ( 或氣液分離器 ) 后排出，固形物留在濾布上形成濾餅。濾餅在行走濾布的帶動下經卸料輥，自動卸下。濾布經自動糾偏裝置進入洗布箱，在高壓沖洗水下獲得再生，再經張緊輥后返回到轉鼓表面，開始新的過濾循環。 Separation equipment of solid and liquid. During running, under the vacuum suction, the liquid of material in vat enter into distributing valve through pipettes after filter media, then from outlet pipe of distributing valve to discharge cylinder or gas-liquid separator and get out, the solids form filter cake on the filter cloth. Discharged by roll with running of filter cloth. Filter cloth enters into the cloth-wash box and regeneration after HP water flushing and back to drum surface from tension roll to begin new filtration cycle. |
